Every Oxford Handbag has a history - from the relationship with the artisan, to the life of the wearer. Our founder, kathy Cappelli, designs each bag with the intention to create pieces that can be passed down through generations. Our handbags are all made with care by skilled artisans in portugal, with minimal waste and carbon footprint. in 2022, we expanded our line to include luxury linen products.
About us
Our bags are made of 100% organic cork- a vegan leather alternative. we also carry 100% european flax linen products that are oEKO-TEX Certified. Kathy’s inspiration behind the creation of OHB came from her trips to the beautiful cities in Portugal and Spain, where she was inspired by the high level of craft and care put into each product within the local family-run shops.
